There are so many moments in life that we want to hold onto. The first smiles of a baby followed by their first birthday much too soon, families laughing together, seniors graduating high school and starting a new life as an adult. We can't live them again, but we can look at a photo and go back to those moments.

Family Sessions
Family sessions can feel stressful. Every mom wants just one shot to hang on the wall that actually has everyone looking at the camera, let alone smiling! Dad had no idea pictures were today until he got home from work, the youngest is full of energy and doing everything possible to annoy the oldest, and mom is riding in the front seat manifesting good moods and cooperation to get through this photo session she's been looking forward to and bought all new wardrobes for.
But- it doesn't have to be this way! Family photos can be fun, I promise. Family sessions are up to 1 hour at a location of your choice or my suggestion. I will help guide you to real smiles that you're happy to hang on your walls!

WHAT DO WE WEAR?
I want you to wear whatever makes you and your family comfortable. But I know we all have a desire to have that perfectly curated photo enlarged and hanging on our wall. Carefully coordinating a color scheme for your session will help make that happen. It can be hard but I do have a style guide that you can review and get ideas for your family!
CAN OUR PHOTOS BE AT OUR HOME OR DO WE HAVE TO GO WHERE YOU CHOOSE?
Your session can take place wherever you want! It could be in your home, on family property, at a location of my choosing such as my greenhouse, or even a public park or venue! Where ever you want! However, if the location that you choose requires a fee for use or entry, you are responsible for that fee.
CAN WE INCLUDE OUR DOG IN OUR PHOTOS?
PLEASE BRING YOUR DOGS! I love when families include their furry friends in their photos. I do suggest bringing a friend or family member that your pet is comfortable with who can help direct, distract and wrangle!
DO WE NEED SPECIAL PERMISSION TO SHARE OUR PHOTOS ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
Absolutely NOT! These are your images and you can do whatever you want with them! Once you have received your gallery or even your previews, you can share the link to your gallery with anyone you'd like or you can just post photos by themselves. While I can't require it, I do request that you do not add any filters to the final gallery. This alters the final product and my editing style which is part of why you chose me in the first place.
